Over the years, this division has evolved into a vital platform for networking, support, and advocacy, empowering women entrepreneurs and leaders in the region.

Founding and Development

The Women’s Division was founded in response to the growing recognition of the need for a supportive network for women in business. The early years focused on creating a space where women could connect, share experiences, and access resources tailored to their unique needs. This initiative was part of a broader movement across the United States in the late 20th century, where women began to assert their presence in the workforce and seek leadership roles in various sectors.
